Full STACK is a social initiative founded to provide underserved students access to hands-on learning in computer science, robotics, and STEM education, providing them with skills required for future employability. It is launched on the belief that quality STEM education is shaped not only by ideas, aspiration, and talent, but also by regular access to learning resources, information, practical tools, and active learning.
Full STACK will advance its mission through three key initiatives. First, it will involve creating an open access database that will provide information on free and affordable enrichment programs in coding, robotics and engineering, making it easier for students to sieve through countless options and find the most legitimate opportunities for their growth. Second, the initiative will conduct a hands-on workshop to introduce students to the fundamentals of coding, supported by an interactive exercise book that would contain a range of coding challenges for them to practice independently. They will also gain practical experience by building simple robotic models using specially designed equipment kits created for this workshop. Finally, Full STACK will conduct a fundraiser to raise funds and provide students with essential learning resources, including laptops, internet access, and robotics equipment kits, while supporting program delivery, ensuring that financial barriers do not restrict them from gaining knowledge.
